For deliveries outside of Germany, customs duties and import sales tax may be incurred, which must be paid by the purchaser to the customs authorities upon receipt of the shipment. These charges are then in addition to the purchase price and shipping costs and are not influenced by the seller and also not included in the purchase price. In case of refund / cancellation of the purchase, they contact their main customs office for the refund of customs duties.

All items with a measurement of 55cm or more will be shipped as bulky goods.

For environmental protection and recycling reasons, we use already used boxes and already used packing material.
